The contact person for this committee is: Tom Greenwood - 432/837-9419.
The Brewster County Veteran's Memorial Committee was formed as a joint subcommittee of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Alpine, Texas and the American Legion Post in Alpine, Texas. The committee's mandate from these two non-profit corporate entities is to create a Veteran's Memorial Park to honor Brewster County Veterans. The committee meets monthly and is active in creating awareness of the proposed Veterans Memorial and raising funds for it.
